How to use?

Download & Activation

1. Join the Serotonin Discord server to receive updates and status.
2. Go to the official website.
3. Click on Access Portal and register your account.
4. Save your credentials (username and password).
5. Log in and connect your Discord account when prompted.
6. The system will log you out automatically — log in again.
7. In the dashboard, click Redeem Other Key to activate your subscription.
8. After activation, click Download Loader to download Serotonin.

Failure to follow these steps will result in no support.

Mandatory Checks

Before reporting any issue, make sure ALL of the following are true:

1. You are using Windows 11 (24H2 or newer)
2. Visual C++ Redistributables are installed
3. You are using the latest Serotonin version
4. You have already tried the fixes listed below

Common Errors & Solutions

Could Not Communicate with the Server

Cause: Network issues or VPN not enabled.

Fix:

1. Install Cloudflare Warp:
   • https://1.1.1.1
   • Download for Windows and complete the installation
2. Make sure Cloudflare Warp is enabled before loading Serotonin

Stuck on "Reticulating Splines"

Cause: Invalid credentials

Fix:

1. Verify your username and password
2. Retrieve your username:
   • Go to <#1388223278614839346>
   • Type /status — your username will appear at the top
3. Reset your password:
   • Go to <#1388223278614839346>
   • Type /resetpassword and follow instructions

Forgot Username or Password

Fix: Same steps as above

• /status to retrieve username
• /resetpassword to reset password

You're Running the Incorrect Version of Roblox

Cause: Roblox version does not match loader requirements

Fix:

1. Check https://discord.com/channels/1388071156032077906/1396603342310084749 for updates
2. Download Fishstrap:
   • Fishstrap GitHub Releases
   • Download .exe and install
3. Configure Fishstrap:
   • Open Fishstrap → Deployment tab
   • Enable Force Roblox Reinstallation
   • Change Channel to production
   • Set Automatic Channel Change Action to never

How Do I Reset HWID?

• Go to <#1388223278614839346>
• Type /resethwid

Inaccurate Overlay

Fix:

1. Open Roblox → Right-click process → Properties
2. Compatibility tab → Check "Override high DPI scaling behavior" → Apply → OK
3. Relaunch Roblox

Network Error

Fix:

1. Install Cloudflare Warp: https://1.1.1.1
2. Enable Warp before launching Serotonin

Loader Failing to Inject / Strange Errors

• Delete the loader
• Restart PC
• Download loader again and run as administrator
• Optional: Use a simple VPN like WARP

🇧🇷 Portuguese

• Excluir o loader
• Reiniciar o PC
• Baixar o loader novamente e executar como admin
• Opcional: Usar VPN simples como WARP
